Anafranil (Klomipramin)

Anafranil for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). It can also be used for other conditions determined by your doctor.

Please read it.
Anafranil in the food, to reduce stomach upset. Use of Anafranil in accordance with the doctor's instructions. Read it again, each time by Anafranil fill.
It may take 2-3 weeks before you notice of Anafranil. Check the dosage on the label instructions exactly.
Anafranil is equipped with an additional patient information sheet, called to guide treatment. Continue to use Anafranil if you feel good. Do not miss any doses.

By increasing the activity of certain chemicals in the brain to help reduce the compulsive behavior. Anafranil is a tricyclic antidepressant.

Do not take 2 doses once. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missing dose and return to your normal dose of the list. If you miss a dose of Anafranil, put it as soon as possible.

Anafranil reach to keep away from children and pets. Anafranil storage at room temperature between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Keep away from heat, humidity and light.

Do not use Anafranil, if:

• You are allergic to any ingredient, Anafranil;
• Do you have monoamine oxidase inhibitor, or furazolidon (IMAO) (eg fenelzin) in the past 14 days, or you accept or astemizol terfenadyn;
• To recover from recent heart attack.
  
  Some medical conditions may be associated with Anafranil. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:
  • If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding
  • If you have any instructions or sale of drugs, traditional Chinese medicine preparation, or dietary addition
  • If you have allergies to medicines, foods or other substances
  • If you drink alcoholic beverages or alcohol with the history of every day
  • If you are taking thyroid medication or history of overactive thyroid
  • If you have a history of problems, adrenal gland, glaucoma, heart disease, kidney or liver, diabetes, epilepsy, urinary problems, blood disease porphyria or other blood problems
  • If you have a history of suicidal thoughts or behavior, bipolar disorder, or any other mental disorders
  • If you are being treated as dizziness or do you predict, what surgery
  
  
  Some drugs can and Anafranil. Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:
  • Azole antifungal agents (eg, fluconazole), cimetidine, duloksetyn, haloperidol, methylphenidate, Mibefradil, fenotiazyny (such as aminazyn), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors ( SIZZS) (eg fluoksetyn), terbinafine, or valproyevoyi acid, because they can increase the risk of side effects of Anafranil
  • Astemizol, furazolidon, ketone lactone antibiotics (such as telitromitsyn), macrolide antibiotics (such as erythromycin), MAO inhibitors (such as fenelzin) pimozyd or terfenadynu because the risk of high blood pressure, serious heart problems (such as breach of heart rate) or may increase seizures
  • Barbiturates (eg, phenobarbital) or phenytoin because they may reduce the effectiveness of Anafranil "
  • Anticoagulants (eg warfarin), carbamazepine, or a case (such as fenilefryn), because they may increase the risk of side effects to Anafranil
  • Klofelin, guanethidine, or huanfatsyn because they may reduce the effectiveness of Anafranil
