Warnings/Precautions Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:
- Insulin or nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) because the risk of heart problems may increase
- Amiloryd, digoxin, morphine, procainamide, hinidyn, quinine, ranitidine, tryamteren, trimethoprim, or vancomycin because they may increase the risk of Avandamet "side
- Calcium channel blockers (such as nifedipine), corticosteroids (such as steroids), diuretics (such as furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide), estrogen, hormonal contraceptives (such as birth control pills), isoniazid, nicotinic acid, oral hypoglycemic agents (such as hlipizyd), fenotiazyny (such as aminazyn) phenitoin, is a case (such as albuterol, pseudoephedrine), or thyroid hormones (such as levotyroksynu), because the risk of high or low blood sugar may increase
- Gemfibrozil, because it can increase the risk of side effects of rifampicin College Avandamet, since it can reduce the performance of Avandamet, resulting in elevated blood sugar
- Anticoagulants (eg warfarin) because its effect may be reduced or may increase the risk of side effects of Avandamet
Some medical conditions may Avandamet. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:
- If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding
- If you have any instructions or sale of drugs, traditional Chinese medicine preparation, or dietary addition
- If you have allergies to medicines, foods or other substances
- If you have a history of heart problems (such as heart failure), poor liver function, lung or breathing difficulties, thyroid disease, stomach or intestines (such as paralysis, blockage), adrenal or pituitary problems or eye trouble visual, or yogurt acidosis
- If you have questions or swelling edema, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, low blood calcium or vitamin nutrition B12 levels, or anemia, or you are dehydrated
- If you have an infection, fever, recent trauma or moderate to severe burns
- If you drink alcohol or alcohol history
- If you have surgery or procedures, a number of laboratories
- If you are taking β-blockers (eg propranolol)
Some drugs can and Avandamet. Do not use Avandamet, if:
- You are allergic to any ingredient, Avandamet
- Do you have type 1 diabetes
- With moderate to severe heart failure
- Do you have a serious infection, low levels of oxygen into the blood, liver or kidney, high blood ketone or acid levels (such as diabetic ketoacidosis), or type of diabetes, eye problems (swelling makuly), or severe dehydration
- Do you have a recent stroke or heart attack, or shock you
- You are 80 years old and over, and renal function did not test
- You must be in surgery or certain lab procedures
- Do you have a history of liver problems, including jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes) during treatment with a similar medicine called trohlitazon
- You are taking nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) or using insulin
