Effexor XR is used to treat depression. It can also be used for other conditions determined by your doctor.

Effexor XR is a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI). It works to restore the natural balance of certain substances in the brain (serotonin and norepinephrine) that help to improve certain mood problems.

If you miss a dose of Effexor's XR, can as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missing dose and return to your normal dose of the list. Do not take 2 doses once.

Store Effexor XR at room temperature (68F to 77F or 20C to 25 degrees Celsius). Maintain the Effexor XR away from children.

Some medical conditions may be associated with Effexor XR's. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:

• If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding
• If you have any instructions or sale of drugs, traditional Chinese medicine preparation, or dietary addition
• If you have allergies to medicines, foods or other substances
• If you or your family have a history of bipolar disorder (manic depression), other psychiatric problems or mood problems, suicidal thoughts or attempts, or alcohol or drug abuse
• If you have a history of confiscation, heart problems (such as heart failure, heart rhythm), pathological electrocardiogram (ECG), recent heart attack, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, liver, lung, kidney, stomach or intestinal bleeding, blood or bleeding problems, increased intraocular pressure (such as glaucoma), nervous system, metabolic or problems
• If you are dehydrated, low blood sodium levels, or drink
• If you have a U.S. Eastern Time (EST)

• Patients on certain medications diet (such as fentermin, fenflyuramyn), linezolid, lithium, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (such as fenelzin), methylene blue, metoclopramine, nefazodon, Leishajilan, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SIZZS ) (for example fluoksetyn), serotonin and norepinephrine inhibitor reversed capture (SNRIs) for (for example duloksetyn), serotonin 5 - hydroxytryptamine receptor agonists (such as sumatryptan) sybutramin, St. John's wort, tramadol, trazodon, tricyclic antidepressants (such as amitryptylin), or tryptophan because severe side effects, such a response may include fever, muscle stiffness, blood pressure changes, mental changes, confusion, irritability, agitation, delirium, coma, may occur
• Anticoagulants (eg warfarin), aspirin, or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (eg, ibuprofen) because the risk of bleeding, including stomach bleeding may increase
• Diuretics (such as furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide) because the risk of low blood sodium levels may increase
• Azole antifungals (eg ketoconazole) or cimetidine because they may increase the risk of Effexor XR in the distance
• Cyproheptadine because it may reduce the effectiveness of Effexor XR in the
• Arypiprazol, haloperidol, fenotiazyny (such as chlorpromazine, tiorydazyn) or risperidone because they may increase the risk of side effects of Effexor XR

• You are allergic to any ingredient XR, Effexor
• You are taking or have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitor (IMAO) (eg fenelzin) selehilin or hunters in the past 14 days
• You fenflyuramyn derivatives (such as deksfenfluramina), methylene blue, sybutramin, nefazodon or tryptophan
