Drug Name Serophene (Keluomifen)
Drug Uses Serophene for the treatment of female infertility and certain conditions, depending on your doctor.
How to useOvulation usually occurs 5 to 10 days after the dose of Serophene. Use Serophene according to doctor's instructions. Check the dosage on the label instructions exactly.
- Serophene by mouth with or without food.
- Timing intercourse correctly is very important to good results.
Drug Class and MechanismIt does this by helping to produce more hormones, cause your ovaries release one or more eggs. Serophene ovulation is a stimulant.
Missed DoseDo not take 2 doses once. If you miss a dose of Serophene, put it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missing dose and return to your normal dose of the list.
StorageKeep away from heat, humidity and light. Maintaining Serophene from children and pets away from the reach. Store Serophene at a temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius). Do not store in the bathroom. Brief storage between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) is not allowed.

Important:

- Use Serophene with caution in elderly patients, they may be more sensitive to the impact. Do not use Serophene, if:

- You are pregnant;
- You are not the normal vaginal bleeding;
- You have ovarian cysts (small growth in the ovary) or expand not with polycystic ovary syndrome;
- Do you have or have had vascular occlusion (blood clots) in legs, lungs or other parts of the body;
- You have liver problems, uncontrolled thyroid or adrenal problems, or brain damage (such as pituitary tumor). If you think you may be pregnant, contact your doctor.
- Pregnancy more than 1 fetus (eg, twins) is possible, but you are taking Serophene.
- Increases that may occur during or immediately after the taking of ovarian Serophene. Be sure to keep all doctor and laboratory use. Be sure to discuss possible complications and risks of multiple pregnancy;
- Laboratory tests, including testing during pregnancy may be that you use Serophene. It is not known if Serophene found in breast milk.
Do not take while breastfeeding Serophene. - Pregnancy and lactation: Do not use Serophene, if you are pregnant. Call your doctor if you experience stomach or pelvic pain, Tizhongzengjia, headache, stomach pain or discomfort, or expand, taking Serophene.
