Urispas (Flavoxate)

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:

• If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding

• If you have allergies to drugs or other substances
• If you have a severe allergic reaction (such as severe rash, hives, difficulty breathing, dizziness) in any sulfa drugs (S) drugs, such as atsetazolamid, celecoxib, certain diuretics (eg, hydrochlorothiazide), sulfonylureas ( If hlibenklamid), probenecid, SMX-based, valdecoxib, or zonisamide.
  Some medical conditions may be brand name Flomax. Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:
  • α-receptor blockers (such as prazozyn) or phosphodiesterase inhibitors (eg, sildenafil) because low blood pressure symptoms (such as severe dizziness, vertigo, and loss of consciousness) may occur
  • Azole antifungal agents (such as ketoconazole), cimetidine, or serotonin reuptake inhibitors (such as fluoksetyn), because they may increase the risk of brand name Flomax "side
  • Warfarin because the risk of side effects may be increased.
  Do not use the trade name Flomax, if:
  • You are allergic to any ingredient, trade name Flomax
  • Are you taking other α-receptor blockers (such as prazozyn)
  Contact your doctor or health care provider right away if any of them attracted to you.
